Note a) my new shoes, and b) no gloves or snowsuit as it's not in the least bit wintry here. In spite of that, this afternoon Mum and Dad got the fire roaring and forced down some hot mince pies and mulled wine to get in the festive spirit (well, that was their excuse anyway).
