A Grand Day Out

We went to somewhere called Parc des Felins. It means lions and their friends live in a park. The most memorable bits, in order of excitement, were:

Flame throwers (totes amazeballs)

Tiny train (within scorching distance of above)

Ceiling fan

Big old cartwheel

Gravel

Mower

Tickling the goats (not sure why they were in the park with all the hungry cats?)

Enormous metal elephant

Oh, and lions or something**

All in all a great day out. Better without the 1000 French schoolchildren but you can't have everything.

**Parental note: the lions were busy mating, so not the normal lazing around!
