Seaside mini-break

Before Mummit is laid up with her poorly toe for a few weeks, and in the last summer days, we decided to find out if I would sleep in the top of Myrtle now I'm a big boy. We embarked on a rather high risk camping-at-the-coast-scenario (not sure what their back up plan was). But in short, a success! Two nights near Southwold, right next to the beach. M&D got to listen to my chunterings as I go to sleep (mostly around Cops and Robbers and the use of seed drills) and my copious nighttime wind-breaking (half a tin of beans was a bad idea in his situation).

Roly polys at RSPB Minsmere just down the road (we saw a magpie and a pheasant):

 An acorn and a den!
 Cafe activities - educational colouring....
 Cops and Robbers!
Time for you to gallop Mummit - onwards! Don't let me down now, I was definitely promised galloping to get me into this contraption; I hear the seaside is quite a way away...

 The sea!
And kites! Wee wah woo wah!

So much digging to do - this is an enormous earth-moving job, don't they realise I've no time for cuddles and photos?!

Now this is what I call gravel.

Lost count of how many times we read this over the weekend:
Southwold pier. You can really see the sea through these cracks.
You get awesome windmills at the seaside.
Arrrr!

Don't think we could get any more pandas in this picture (unless Panda Dave joined in of course):
This new book from Auntie Sheila and Uncle Trev is a hit!
Ho ho for the robbers, the cops and the robbers, Ho ho!
 My nest, aka Posy's bed:
And again! The worst of the robbers as most of us know, is dreadful Grabber Dan.
Knackered (yes I am managing to hold onto 2 pandas and 2 tractors while asleep):
