This was Nick's entry in the first round of the Great Anglo-Fijian Pudding-Off. Bananas and coconuts were from the garden. Pud received 7/10 from me: lacked contrast between sharp fruit and sweet top, but did score highly on stodge factor. Coconut sauce would have benefited from 'custardizing', in Nick's words. Nick gave it 12/10: he thought it was better than the Standard Pudding Equivalent. A total of 19/20.
