Our trip to Naigani Island

Last weekend we headed off to Naigani for a relaxing weekend after 10 days apart. It was 2 hours door to beach, and minutes after arriving we were drinking beer/tea sitting watching the sunset on Friday night. Very nice! We had a mini-house right on the beach front, including tea-making facilities which I was very excited about. On Saturday and Sunday all we did was eat and snorkel. There was a small pool (with slide!) and apparently a crazy golf course, but we couldn't tear ourselves away from the reef to try these out. We were testing out the underwater camera housing that Nick gave me for Christmas, it was so much fun trying to catch my reefy friends on camera. We managed some good photos but need a lot more practice. It's quite hard to hold the camera steadily l when you're holding your breath and trying to stay submerged in a very buoyant wetsuit (me - what a wimp - water is 28 degrees). Anyway, this weekend we finally got round to editing the photos and footage into a short video. Enjoy!
