Ha, this curry is as old as me! The parents bought it on a Tuesday evening 11 weeks ago to hurry along my arrival; it wasn't needed....
Note from Mum: the vindaloo did need a pot of yoghurt but wasn't as hot as expected - nothing compared to curries in Fiji!
